My goal is to lose my last 10 lbs of weight that I gained during my pregnancy. I also hope to lose 3 inches @ my waist and 1-2 inches @ my hips

These are my goals for this month:
1. Want to complete Sun Run under 1 hour - trying for 55 minutes (last year was 1 hr 9 min 1 sec)
2. Want to lose 8 pounds

My fitness goals are as follows:
- Lose 5 lbs (4 weeks)
- No alcohol (4 weeks)
- Boot Camp (3 x week) Gym (2 x week)
- Reduce carbs / Increase green vegetables

My goal is to loose 4 – 5 lbs (1lb a week) and attend at least 4 classes a week.

My goal this month is to lose 5-7 pounds. I have already lost 12 pounds (in 9 weeks).
I would also like to be able to do push ups (the normal ones, not the wall ones) which means I need to work more on my bad arm.
I would also like to be able to do a wall squat or whatever that is called for 1 minute!
I will attend bootcamp monday-thursday and Friday I will do an hour of cardio at work.

-Drink three glasses of water each day
-Continue bootcamp 3x/day and add a 30 min jog to the week

3. eat a more balanced meal everyday. Adding more milk products.
